Then, we perform a complete assessment of your physique, checking blood pressure, height, weight, body composition. We review all of your information, and explain your physical inefficiencies in plain terms you can understand.

After we’ve completed the pre-qualification assessment, we design a program specific to your needs and goals. Results are client to client specific and dependent on your own goals. Therefore, results of someone with a weight loss goal would be different than someone with a muscle tone goal.
