When you first walk in the door for your first 1 on 1 personal training session, we greet you, and ask you to fill out a Personal Assessment Questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we ask about your goals, your lifestyle, and if you have any disabilities or limitations. Next, we take your metrics, such as blood pressure, pulse, and weight. From this information, we can give you a recommendation of what your metrics should be and how to get there with a fitness program designed specifically for you. These fitness assessments are done every 6 to 8 weeks to help keep track of your progress and if your goals have changed.

During each 1 on 1 personal training session after that, the trainer’s main goal is to work with you to help achieve your fitness goals. Every session, they write down your needs, get a sense of who you are, find out what your goals are, and help you achieve those goals. During your workout, you’ll be educated on the exercise you’re doing and the machine you’re using in plain terms that you can understand.

Every workout includes a full body stretch, free water, and a complimentary recovery shake after every session. We do this to ensure that you have energy for the rest of the day and for your next workout.
